Pastor Chanan Dozier can be likened to the Proverbs 31 woman. She is a wife, mother, prophetess, entrepreneur and speaker. Her journey speaks to the power of moving with the flow of God and the benefits of getting and staying in tune with God’s plan.
She was born and raised in Gary, Indiana and now resides in the Chicagoland area. At the age of 12, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Pastor Chanan has been a member of Power & Light Ministries for over 36 years and has been a leader for over over 24 years under the tutelage of her spiritual parents. (Apostle Benny & Prophetess Geraldine Dozier). She has served faithfully in various aspects of ministry throughout her tenure at Power & Light.
Pastor Chanan was ordained as a deaconness at the age of 18. She was commissioned as a prophet at the age of 33 after 6 years of training. She served as a Prophet and Director over Special Events & Administrative Services. Pastor Chanan currently serves as Lead Pastor of Power & Light Ministries in South Holland, IL alongside her husband, She has passion for God and his work with a focus on administration, wealth building, communication, community outreach, and the connection between Ministry and the Marketplace. She has a heart to help people and a desire to see them grow naturally and spiritually which will cause them to win in every area of there lives!
For Pastor Chanan, entrepreneurship is second nature. Her journey dates back to the age eight when she started her first jewelry making business. By high school, she had earned the title of "award winning," having won 2nd place for the State of Indiana for Entrepreneurs of America. Together with her husband, they have founded several business ventures including 2 restaurant franchises. They are currently owners of a thriving multi state real estate brokerage firm (Signature Realty Services) and are active real estate investors focused on teaching others about generational wealth through property ownership.
Pastor Chanan attended National Louis University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She has over 15 years of experience working within Fortune 500 companies using her comprehensive expertise in administration, team leadership and customer service with a record of success in the Legal, Financial and Private education sectors. In addition to this, she also served in leadership under the tutelage of an Illinois’ State Senator.
Through her various endeavors, Pastor Chanan seeks to leave a legacy of kingdom wealth, teaching others that God is the key to success in every area of your life. She has been married to the love of her life Pastor Darryl Dozier, for over 22 years and has three beautiful, loving and intelligent daughters that she calls, “the crew” – Chayil, Eliana, and Alyssa.
Prophetess Gerry, as she is affectionately known, is an awesome Woman of God. She operates in the gifts of discerning of spirits, the word of wisdom, and the gift of exhortation. The anointing on her life gives her insight to minister to individuals regardless of their walk-in life. She has a great calling to help and minister to women of all ages. She is also called to minister to pastors’ wives.
This Woman of God has a passion for building relationships, interacting with, and making an engaging connection with those who are in her reach. She has founded an outreach ministry called ‘Women of Power, Purpose, & Destiny’, a ministry tailored for any woman who desires to know God and walk in her God-given destiny. She also hosts Women’s Conferences designed to create an atmosphere for women to focus on themselves, their kingdom assignment, gifts, calling and to be ministered to in mind, body, and soul.
Pastor Gerry attended Logos Bible College, Moody Bible Institute and received her Bachelor of Ministry Degree from Vision International University in October 2014. She is currently the CEO of Power Daycare Center in Chicago, Illinois. She has helped to establish a block club in her community and conducts a weekly bible study within a transitional home. In March of 2014, Prophetess Gerry was appointed and began to serve as one of the first female chaplains for the Gary Indiana Police Department.
In 2000, Prophetess Gerry became pastor of Power & Light Church of Gary, Indiana. She and her husband, of 49 years, Apostle Benny L. Dozier, oversee a network of churches in the Midwest region and a church in Zimbabwe, Africa.

With a unique passion for innovation and impact, Pastor Darryl is committed to bridging the gap between ministry and technology—effectively reaching people across generations. He is equally passionate about empowering communities through faith-driven wealth building and economic development.
He and his wife, Pastor Chanan Dozier, have been joyfully married for over 22 years and are the proud parents of three daughters. Together, they own and operate a thriving real estate firm, actively investing in real estate development and helping families build generational wealth.
Professionally, Pastor Darryl brings more than two decades of leadership in cybersecurity, currently serving in an executive role where he safeguards major financial institutions from evolving cyber threats.
Krystle Rogers is a devoted woman of faith, servant leader, and passionate encourager who has faithfully served as the First Lady of Faith on Fire Worship Center for the past 11 years. With a heart for ministry and people, she is committed to helping others grow spiritually, walk boldly in their God-given purpose, and live a life on fire for Christ.

Krystle is a loving wife, dedicated mother, supportive sister, and proud daughter who believes that family is one of God’s greatest ministries. She carries a message of faith, resilience, and transformation, drawn from both her personal journey and her commitment to serving others.

In addition to her ministry work, Krystle is a licensed real estate agent in both Illinois and Indiana, where she helps families and individuals find not just houses, but homes. She views her career as an extension of her calling—serving people with integrity, excellence, and compassion.

Prophetess Angela Smith is a seasoned prophetic voice with over 15 years of pastoral experience. She currently serves at The Powerhouse Chicago under Archbishop William Hudson III, where she leads the Prophetic Team and serves as Director of the Apostolic Tier. Angela has traveled extensively teaching and mentoring on kingdom principles, prayer, and spiritual maturity. She is the founder of The Fasted Life Community, a space that encourages, supports, and provides accountability for those seeking to know God more intimately through a fasted life. Angela also serves as a Board Member for the Garden of Prayer Youth Center, a faith-based child welfare organization committed to hope, healing, and restoration for children and families. Angela is a wife and mother, a U.S. Illinois Army National Guard veteran, and a recently retired Federal Air Traffic Controller with over 30 years of service.
Latasha R. Brown: Mental Health Practitioner, Counselor Educator, Self-Care Advocate, Author, and Scholar

Latasha R. Brown is the CEO and Christian therapist of Advancing The Family, LLC, providing coaching and counseling services led by the Holy Spirit and grounded in clinical perspectives. Latasha serves alongside her husband, Bishop C.E. Brown III, as Pastor and First Lady of Abundant Blessings Church in Chicago, where they have led for the past 14 years.

She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Community Counseling with a concentration in Traumatology. She received both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from North Park University. Latasha also serves as a Counselor Educator and Adjunct Professor at North Park University, where she teaches courses in the Psychology Department.

Latasha is a self-published author of the self-help book He Is Just Like a Relationship and the prayer book 31 Days of Prayer. She currently serves as the International Women’s Director of Pilgrim Assemblies International under the leadership of Archbishop William Hudson III.

Latasha and her husband, Bishop C.E. Brown III, have been married for 18 years. They are the proud parents of one daughter and one grandson. They are driven by the same passion and vision which is Faith, Family and Finances.
Regina Henderson has served in the office of a prophet for over 10 years and has been faithfully serving at Power and Light Ministries for more than 30 years. She ministers in the office of a prophet at Power and Light Church of Gary, under the leadership of Apostle Benny and Prophetess Geraldine Dozier.

In addition to her prophetic calling, Regina is a licensed Christian counselor and life coach, committed to helping individuals experience healing, wholeness, and purposeful living.
She is a devoted mother of five children and a proud grandmother of seven. Regina carries a deep passion for outreach ministry and serves as the leader of Sisters Keeper Too, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to supporting and empowering women.
Prophet, Recording Artist, Preacher, Mentor, and Songwriter “Kymar Garner” has captivated hearts across the world with her life changing lyrics, anointing, and an equally inspiring voice. This Chicago native began her journey under the pastoral care of her parents, the late Bishop Michael Carter and Dr. Geri Carter. It was there where her gifts were first identified and nurtured.

Over the past 20 years Kymar has served several churches and organizations across the United States in the capacity of Speaker, Minister Of Music, Worship Leader, Worship Ministry Consultant and Strategist. Amongst the industry’s attention was the empress of soul, Gladys Knight, who spotlighted Kymar’s song, and personally shared her love for the music. 2019 gave us the highly anticipated single, “Release”, an uptempo, heavy spirited praise and worship charge. Later that year, Kymar would have her first Live Recording where her brand new singles “Break Free Come Forth” & “Go” (Song Of Activation) were birthed into the earth.
